Essentials oils are potent and you only need a drop or two, usually added to a “carrier oil” like almond oil to make it easy to massage in. A premixed essential oil blend takes the hassle out of trying to get the right amounts right. A premixed blend does it for you and makes sure you don’t overdo it with the essential oil, yet still get the full, incredible therapeutic benefits of the essential oil.
