SENSITIVE SKIN? Some people’s skin can get slightly irritated by essential oils. Sometimes it depends on the oil. If you’d like to be on the extra safe side or your child has extremely sensitive skin, simply roll a bit on the upper arm and wait 24 hours to be sure there’s no irritation.

Why use a premixed blend?

Essentials oils are potent and you only need a drop or two, usually added to a “carrier oil” like almond oil to make it easy to massage in. A premixed essential oil blend takes the hassle out of trying to get the right amounts right.
